Do not use ITS for servicing K'Archer machines

I have a KArcher high pressure cleaner. The 1 nozzle (which is a free standing accessory) was broken and their was a hole in the pipe (again easily replaceable). I went to ITS (31 Brunton Circle, Edenvale) through searching on google and thinking it was an approved KArcher centre. The quote for repair was more expensive than buying a new unit! In addition, when I refused the quote and went to collect the machine, they charged me R150 to "strip and quote". Although I had pointed out the problems with the machine which did not need "stripping" to be seen. On searching on google again. I found the Karcher head office in Germiston which has given me much better service. They do not charge for "stripping and quoting". The nozzle and hose can be bought immediately and fitted yourself.
