SOLAR SYSTEM NOT WORKING

The worst solar installers, Siphiwe Thabethe is a *****, he installs solar's that work for 6 months the most and when he's contacted he doesn't respond. He installed our solar last year March and by November it wasn't working, when we contact him, he says we chose the cheapest hence it doesn't work and it's not his responsibility. He doesn't know how it works, he said the battery is a gel not lithium and there's no warranty on the product. When asked to give solutions or exchange it, he said he's not responsible. He's the worst when it comes to customer relations. He doesn't answer his phone anymore, we're frustrated because we have a unit that's not working but we claim we have has solar. He's a disgrace to black businesses
