Integra Properties Brakpan

I had the worst experience with this rental agency. I moved my parents there in April 2024. They were unhappy with the place as it was kept in such a horrible condition. They contacted the Integra agent, Cindy to sort out the problems. She never sorted anything. 1st July I gave her notice to move out. According to the rental act in South Africa, 20 business days notice is enough. But no, Integra was forcing us to give 2 months notice. She didn’t even inform the landlord that there is a notice from the current tenants. Now that we have left, integrate properties is refusing to pay the deposit back just because they don’t have a new tenant. I have spoken to Integra and they are extremely rude and don’t care. I would never recommend them to anyone.
