Integra Property is based in Brakpan on the East Rand. To be honest I did not have any problems with my agent, she was quite good, she sold my house in record time. The problem however comes after the house has been sold. Whilst we were signing the documents she advised me that we should use attorneys that they as company use all the time. I must say the attorneys we used was not to bad, just a bit slow and they don't give feedback at all. I went to the owner of Integra Properties this morning to give him feedback on the slow service I got, he told me that if I criticize the attorneys again he won't help me further, he also mentioned that they are good friend of his. In my experience this is not a good thing, they cover up for each other and buy each other time. The fact that he threatened me to stop criticizing the attorneys is a sign of weakness in my opinion, real businessmen sort out a problem and take criticism as something that you can work on in your business. The attorneys that I was buying from had to push these people to get answers as well as the agent on the side I bought from jumped in to get this entire thing sorted out. Before you decide to make use of these people make sure you are up for a long wait and allot of stress.
