Disgusting service

<p>I bought a range rover from your company 1 month ago.</p> <p>After dealing with your manager mervin and erich I was hurt and disappointed to see the after sales service.</p> <p>I was promised a spare key only to be told that they would not do anything and put the phone down on me.</p> <p>It is only 1 month since I got the car and it is already giving me problem with the transmission.</p> <p>I have put my last cent into buying this and although asking for a trade of another car of the same value.... I was told that they would take it back at R50,000 less.</p> <p>I am really disappointed at the way you treat your customer. </p> <p>I look forward to a favourable response from you as you manager has no customer manners.</p> <p> </p>
