Worst company and worst people. Awful experience

I advertised my car in auto trader to receive a call from Carien, mentioned in numerous other complaints. She said they will sell my car and I will receive the money I wanted for it. I was thinking, good. The car apparently got sold, but I only found out about it when I enquired. They kept dancing around finance takes long to approve and my docs are on the top of the list seeing that I am leaving the country. (typing this from India btw) Eventually, after a month of hounding and physically going to their roodepoort branch (that's where the admin office is as well), I managed tk get a commit they will complete the deal with me. They paid my portion to me another week later. In the mean time, they have not settled the outstanding amount owd to BMW. It is another month and I am paying BMW still. Integra has received their money from the bank, the new owner has received his car, but it is still in my name. How can you do business like that. It is *******. I should just report the car as ******, what a surprise the new owner will have when he gets arrested for integrals immoral values and systems. This is not by mistake, Integra is not overly busy, this is their strategy. It is very sickening to think that someone will do business like that. I logged a complaint with the overall group they belong to where you can complain, but it didn't go anywhere, I guess money talks.

Never use them, even if your despirate. Rather give your car away.
