so dissapointed in this poor service

I purchased a vehicle from them, paying cash worst of all. I bought it on the 10th March 2015, on the 14th March 2015 when I took it for wheel alignment and balancing I found a shocking discovery. the right upper control arm, shocks, front brake pads and car was totally out and needed urgent attention. this car has passed the AA test with all these errors. the following week they came to collect my car to have the problems attended to. it is today the 20/04/2015 and they still have my vehicle trying to get it fixed. they have no urgency in assisting you once they have your money. they have a lot of problems, but such terrible service. I have driven my vehicle once since then. the vehicle had been in an accident and nothing of true nature was reviled to me on purchasing this car. I had to track down the previous owner to get the history of the car. they sold me this car under false pretentions stating it was in perfect condition yet it's still in their shop for 36 days trying to fix things that should have been done in a week. I urge all to be careful of them. I can say thank you to Martin, the only one who was actually calm and helpful in this whole situation. I am fed up now.
