Severe payment delay with no accountability.

Sold my vehicle through Integra Motors (assisted by Ronald) and its now been more than 2 weeks since all papers were signed and natis submitted, and yet no payment. Every day when I phone to inquire about my payment I get a different excuse, such as finance department is busy with payroll and can't process sales, or non of the management is in to approve the payment. When I ask to talk to management or finance directly they are either in a meeting or not in, and then never phone me back. I even went to their office and apparently there weren't a single member from management nor finance to meet with me. Every day for more than a week I'm promised that payment will be made tomorrow, and then tomorrow the same story.

It has now come to my attention than the vehicle was already delivered to the buyer even before I was told of the sale. So Integra has already received the money for my vehicle and has no reason for not paying my me!!
