I thought I would take a quick 5 minutes to Congratulate your Call center and specifically Simone as well as John (sales) on a Sterling job!
I requested feedback on a vehicle that I am interested in , not only did I get all the details and pictures as I requested but FANTASTIC service from your Consultant / Sales Team.
I too am in Customer Care and I pride myself on Customer Satisfaction.
