Selling a second hand car to me that has problems

I bought a vehicle ( Geely 2012 LC 1.3 GL5dr) from Louis at Intergra Motors. I drove from Roodepoort back home to Garsfontein, as i started to actually have to stop and pull away i realized that there was a Winning noise as long as there is talk on the vehicle, the winning noise comes from the gearbox. <br> Saterday i had the radio on for 2min, maybe, this was just to check USB witch stick fits into my radio. I tried starting the vehicle and it struggled like when a battery is dying. Sunday morning again i struggled getting the vehicle to start, as soon as you get it started you have to rev it to keep it going, while the car just died. On monday after work i struggled again and it actually died 3x in traffic. By Sunday i have already send mail for my cancellation and told Louis whats wrong. Monday i let him know about the afternoon trip and he asked me if i am sure that i did not leave anything on in the car. I mean really. Just because i am Blond and a lady it does not mean i am ***********. I asked Louis about my spare key, he said i already got to much discount. My car has bumps and scratches all over and looks like i am coming out of an accident. Still awaiting to hear if i can can
