<p>After arriving safely home (Zambia) after a 3 and half days trip from south africa, I feel i must share the experience I had with Integra Motors. I Came to South Africa after I found a Toyota Hilux online and had my cousin in South Africa make some enquiries for me. He was promised by a guy from Integra Motors that 17500USD swill be okay in that car after we explained to him that its all we had. I arrived in johannesburg on a thursday and headed straight to the dealer because I needed to go back to Zambia as soon as possible. When we got to the dealership that salesman was not there, he sent us to someone else to show us the car and do the deal. Thats where we met with Michael who was the initial person my cousin contacted and told him that R17500USD will not be enough on this car. So now we are suprised how come. The guy who sent us to the dealer was called and he expalined a story that doesnt make sense. (OH MY GOD I CAME ALL THE WAY FROM ZAMBIA FOR NOTHING). We then as we are there discovered our money was not enough. He called us again and still trying to explain stories out of this world and i wanst interested anymore in his stories, i came all this way for nothing. MIchael sat us down, with the help of his manager Mavin and explained how best they can help us get the car. We agreed on the amount (which meant i still had to need more money) but at least I knew where I stood, no tricks. After getting the money and making the payment, Michael was very honest in terms of the condition of the car scratches and dents and all and i felt I can trust him since he wasn honest from day one. He kept checking up on us and he was really concerned about our well being as much as the sale. He worked at both our and the companies best interests. There was a lot of issues when it came to arranging documentation for the car to cross the border but then through all that nightmare he kept us sane and in light about the process. If it wasnt for Michale I would NEVER have bought a car there. He rescued this dealership. </p> <p>He wished a safe trip home and even after we arrived he sent us a message that he hopes we arrived safely. the trip was smooth, the car was absolutely relaxing on this long ride.</p>
