Promises!Promises!

I want to share my experience which is not a good one. After taking my car back to them for some body work that was iddentified I found out that while my car was in for repairs the spray painter used my car for his personal use(have tracker records). Picking up my car had high fuel consumption ,2 tyres damaged and scratches on mags. When i realised it i arranged for a meeting with the owner of integra and the spray painter. We had a gentlesman agreement on that the mags would be refurbished 2 tyres being replaced and a tank of fuel. Because i have contisure on my tyres i offered that i would replace the tyres if they pay the shortfall. After doing it and taking my car for the mags at integra they didnt want to pay that shortfall. After another discussion this time being recorded by both parties we came to another agreement that i will recieve R3000 now for the tyres that i put on and then R300 petrol and they pay for the mags. I accepted cause i wanted my car that was standing there for more then 2 weeks already. I was suppose to get the money when i picked up my car. The last time anyone there took my call was 2 weeks back were the owner assured me he would sort out the payment. Now for the last 2 weeks they dont pick up my calls and just read my whatsapp's without replying. still havent paid me my mone that was owed. I have recordings of all phone calls. So in my opinion the dont have any after sales and just make promisses they dont intend to keep. Thats my story in a nutshell not very happy with the service i am getting there.
