Pay another man vehicle!!!!

I have taken my Vehicle to Integra Motor Group Roodepoort 09/02/2019, to be sold by Carien Deyes, every now and then I asked her what is happening with my Vehicle, then there is someone waiting for financing, then the bank has a problem, on 08/04/2019 I asked again for info on my Vehicle, then Carien told me the Vehicle is sold an the new owner is verry happy, I just need to pay in the shortfall, then they can settle the outstanding amount at the bank, on 09/04/2019 I payed the shortfall to Integra an I noticed Carien. After that every now and then I was asking what is happening with the payment, and every time the same story of she is waiting for her financial office. On 26/04/2019 Carien called me and asked for the proof of payment, her financial office want to settle my Vehicle, nothing happened until now, If Carien speaks to me she now again waiting for her financial office, I tried to get hold of the Manager at Integra Motor Group Roodepoort, but it seems like they don't have one. I am again paying a payment on a Vehicle that someone else is driving. And I don't know how someone else can drive my Vehicle while it is still on my name for almost a month now, how do they get to get Insurance on My vehicle, and is the new owner now driving on my number plates. I would definitely not recommend them at all.
