No Payment received for my vehicle,Integra Motors with no integrity!!!!!!!!!

Integra motors has not integrity what so ever.

I have been humble and sent from pillar to post . I have been dealing with a lady by the name of Carien . I used Integra motors as a service to sell my vehicle ,however my vehicle has been sold more than 3 weeks ago and I have not received payment.I was referred to the sales manager by the name of Mervin and he promised me on the 17th May 2018 that I would be paid in full by Wednesday the 23rd May 2018 . I have been calling Carien and Mervin every hour everyday and they seem so irritated with me however I just need my money which belongs to me .

I was told by Carien that my file with my documents were lost , and than I had to resend the documents again for the CEO to sign off and pay me .

I did that and when I wanted to lay a complaint Carien said that she found my file. There was a whole bunch of stories: I was told the payment was done and the CEO has to release it , the next day I was than told by the salesman the payment cant be done because the bank only paid them the 18th May 2018.

How can the new owner of the vehicle have the car registered on his name before the bank pays Integra out.

There is a whole bunch of stories and lies and riddles. Im so tired of being **** to .

The contract stipulates that the seller will be paid with in maximum of 7days after the bank pays them.It has been more than almost 3 weeks and I am waiting for my money .I am the one seeming desperate but the car sold was my asset.

When you ask to speak to the CEO they have a whole lot of excuses.You email the CEO you don’t receive any feedback.You leave messages you get no feedback

All I am asking is that my money be paid today into my account ,I have been patient enough!!!!

How does one do business when you dealing with a whole lot of staff at Integra that lies and lies and lies.

I referred so many people to Integra Motors for business but after what I have just experienced I would not recommend any body to sell there car with this dealership. You have to ask for your money as if is not yours.
