I have traded a 2008 Hyundai Santa-FE 2.2 CRDI on a Land cruiser FJ 4.0 V6. They offered me R70000-00 Salesman Louis Schoeman ********** 360 / ********** 707 for my car. My outstanding amount with Wesbank was R 63311-90 they have to pay me R 6688-11 without any success still waiting for payment. And still they haven"t settled my Car with Wesbank resulting that i am in arrears with the Bank and they will list me a bad payer on Transunion etc. After i took delivery of the Cruiser i noted that. 1. Diff lock is not working. 2. Rear view camera is not working. 3. Car registration papers outstanding as i have to register it in the North West Province , who is going to pay for the licence and number plates. 4.They charged me R 3508-77 for service and delivery on what basis. 5, Proseal R 1929-82 ????????. 6. Car interior was clean but chassis and engine compartment dirty. I have made numerous call to Louis asking him his assist and up to date nothing happened. I hope to resolve this issue as soon as possible i know they are going to call me as soon as you start with the investigation. I need this car to go to Botswana next week but can't use it as i don't have the papers.
