Integra Motor Group and Motorite

They sold me a faulty car with a faulty engine. I bought my car not more than 10 months ago and it’s already gone back for repairs over 3 times with the check engine light. The engine has failed now and the warranty plan wants to pay 22% of their estimated quotation and I must pay 78% . Time and time again I complained about the check engine light and they assured me that it was nothing to worry about but they knew all along that it would fail and that I would bring it in so they could make a large quotation to the insurance. Usually they would organize transport for me to go to them or be dropped off but since I’ve complained about this they have not organized it, my car has been there for a month now waiting to hear from the ombudsman! They went and processed a claim without my concern!
