Horrible Car Dealer Stay Away -Carien Deyes

I cannot stress enough how important it is to review a company before your dealings. Hence I am writing this complaint. I am dealing with a sales consultant (Procurement Manager), by the name of Carien Deyes. When I first met her she was welcoming and promised that my car would be sold in the next two weeks (14 Days). If the car had not been sold in two weeks I was more than welcomed to take it bac**** No questions asked. Little did I know that was not the truth. I signed my contract on the 7th of September 2019. My car has got two trackers and I am paying for the insurance. On the 16 of September 2019 when I viewed my tracker report I saw that the car was still at their premises at Roodeport and the mileage on the car was 21777, meaning that my car was not sold.

I checked again on the 26th of September 2019 and my vehicle was now in Mpumalanga clocking at 22222 Kilometres in mileage, I had to make the call to Carien to find out why MY CAR is in Mpumalanga? Only then she notified me that the car has been sold. Then it was another waiting period before payment, on the 18 September I was told to pay for my shortfall in which I did. Now the hold up if the “Finance Department” and my debit order is due on the 25th of each month. I am being *****ed and this dealership wants to pay the minimum settlement not according to the contract we signed. I am paying for a CAR that I don’t have in my possession, I am paying for Insurance and Trackers for a CAR I DO NOT have in MY POSSESSION!!! Someone is driving my car for free whilst I have to follow up every day, only to be blue ticked by Carien, no assurance that everything is underway JUST COMPLETE SILENCE!!! MY CAR is now clocking at 24174. Most ********** service ever! Look away when you see this dealership. RUUUUNNN!!! My car has not been settled until today (28 October 2019).
