Compliment

<p>I want to comppliment one of your staff members by the name of Marina.</p> <p> </p> <p>I had an issue with a back payment that needed to be refunded since from Decemebr 2015. She took on the initiative and ran with the query until it was sorted out on the 12th of this month. The fact that she was not involved and she was at a different branch is the reason why she need to be given the recognition. She asked me for the story and what was done thus far and took the task on. She provided me with updates everyday and provided augmented service.
