change of ownership documents

I bought a car from supplier in 2014 and lost the documents necessary for exchange of ownership before i could attend to change ownership as required.<br> <br> Luckily, the licence disc was valid until 30th April 2015 and i decided that i would attend to the exchange of ownership when such a date approached.<br> <br> I called in at my dealer during May 2015 when i was advised that the proxy for the company was not employed there anymore to can retrieve/uplift the required documents from the licensing department at my instance as per my request.<br> <br> Marina attended to arranging for their erstwhile proxy to make some time in order to meet my exclusive request, and she did.<br> <br> I was advised on Wednesday the 17th June 2015 that the duplicate papers have been secured for me and that I should come and collect the same as soon as i can.<br> <br> Furthermore, Marina explained to me what procedures i must follow in order that the required exchange of ownership may be effected in my favour.<br> <br> Marina's explanation was clear and very assistful. I am grateful for her friendly customer service also and that she has been reporting progress to me, timeously and offered diligent help as required.<br> <br> #impressed
