Car was sold without being inspected
Bought a mini cooper last year for my wife as a pregnancy gift. Had to return it the next day due to faults. And the following week had the same issues. And the following montj same issues. Its now been 9 months and the car has failed its roadworthy test on multiple occasions. Everytime they try to fix it they seem to make it worse. Same problems are still there that i complained about on day one. My daughter has since been born and yet im still struggling to get this car fixed. Mervin the owner had a meeting with me (only if i remove my negative review) and in the meeting which i recorded, one can clearly hear him telling his technician that they having problems with the cars they didnt inspect. So im not the only sucker out there. I was promised a mechanically perfect car and have since only driven it a handfull of times.... Most of the times to and from Integra Motors for repairs. MIOSA has since ruled in my favour and they have 10 days in fixing the car. That was 5 days ago and the car is stil by me.... Guess they not planning on doing it. So in short... If u like fighting and u love a good struggle them u should buy a car from them. If u however want a reliable car then i would suggest strongly that u avaoid them. ********** for recording. Will gladly send it if u need help in ur case against them. Ur car might just be one of the cars they didnt inspect.

Purchase date 23/11/17 OFFER TO PURCHASE specific condition of sale was you will do your own service and repairs due to the fact that you wanted maximum discount and was not prepared to pay for service, registration roadworthy etc You will do it yourself
On 04/12/17 You booked the vehicle in and complaint about the exhaust . Despite the above mentioned we booked the car in .Fixed the exhaust plus replace a engine mounting and a controle arm at our cost.At no cost to you
31/01/18 You Complaint about hard steering .Again despite the above mentioned We booked the car in lodged a claim against warranty and fixed the car.At no cost to you
23/05/18 You complaint about a oil leak tappet cover,wheel alignment,wheel bearing,clutch . This was repaired because it was outside the warranty period . a claim was again lodged and warrant repaired the vehicle.It was during the visit Mervin asked why you report us despite the effort we made to assist
August complaint Oil lead gearbox ,Bubble noise ,wheel bearing, MIO finding was we are only liable for work previously done under warranty. None of the above work was a previous complain or repairs done under warranty.Again we collected your car and is busy preparing a quote for repairs
