Big time Ripp off!

My husband advertised our vehicle on various sites for sale. One day we just recieved a call from integra motors (Ronnie) telling us that he saw our adverti*****t on the net and would like to assist us by selling our vehicle through integra motors. We were sceptical at 1st but Ronnie kept calling us for 3 long weeks and finally convinced my husband. We took the vehicle in and my husband and a salesman agreed that R70 000 would be given to him once the vehicle is sold. We were also told that if the car was to be bought and if there are additional repairs that need to be done we will have to pay. Note this was a written agreement signed by my husband and integra motors. After two weeks we get a call from Ronnie saying they have found a buyer for the vehicle but in order for the deal to go through we will have to accept R65000 due to repairs that were done on the vehicle and that the customer could only get finance if we lowered the price (mind you the dealership is selling the vehicle for R90000. Stunned and shocked my husband asked WHAT REPAIRS?!!!. Robbie replies saying theve replaced the battery and a heat sensor. (Now to my knowledge u cannot repair or replace parts of a vehicle without customers concent but they did). After hearing that my husband asked Robbie to hold on with the deal. Robbie continueously called and asked for a decision to make. I decided to take the phone from my hubby and talk to Robbie since i have dealership experience because i work at a dealership. I asked Robbie why R5000 was being deducted and he told me the same thing. I asked him to send me a roadworthy report or estimate on repairs and he blatantly said No and slammed the phone in my ear. Min later Robbie calls again and my husband tells him to leave the deal. He then tried to convince my hubby by offering R67000 instead of R65000. My husband agreed and told him to try his best. In the same week we get a call from a salesman (Manesh) from integra motors centurion telling us the deal went through and we should bring all natis do***ents. We took the do***entation and were told it would take up to 7 working days to recieve payment. Almost a week and a half went by no money so my hubby nd i decided to go there personally instead. Upon arrival we saw the vehicle parked outside on the sales floor again with a price. When we spoke to the salesman (manesh) he told us the buyers wife rejected the deal and that they were still trying to convice her. He also said the buyer already paid a R10000 deposit and signed an offer to purchase so we should worry we should give him time until sa****ay that week. Before we left his office i personally asked if the vehicle is not sold by sa****ay can we collect and he agreed. I then asked what about the repairs. He said he will be liable or it will be taken from the buyers deposit. Thursday Manesh gives us a call and says the deal didnt go through. Manesh and my hubby agreed that the vehicle would be collected on sa****ay. Today is sa****ay my hubby arrives. They refuse to give back our vehicle because of a battery and heat sensor they replaced. They told us the only thing they can do is try to sell it for us or buy it from us at thier cost price. RIDICULOUS I TELL U!. we were only notified after parts were replaced and the vehicle was not even sold. If we wanted to repair the vehicle we would of done so ourselves. This is how some dealerships offer thier gracious services. What a ripp off!!!!!!!!
