BEWARE, STAY AWAY FROM INTEGRA (BUY or SELL), THEY HAVE ZERO INTEGRITY !!!
Bigest mistake of my entire life! If only I cheked on Hello Peter before I decide to deal with them ...
On 19 July 2019 I gave my Mercedes A45 AMG to Integra Motors in Roodepoort on consignment sale. Before this I advertised on gumtree and cars.co.za, Carien from Integra contacted me and offer to sell the car on my behalf.
Via email she made a offer of R360k that they will pay me as/when the car is sold.
Before I took the car to Integra, I had serious interest from a private buyer, lets call him BM. Since all apeared ligit an less complications, I decided to rather make use of Integra, little did I know..... I did however refered BM to Integra.
To my surprise on 29 July 2019 I got a whatsapp message from BM informing me that he took possesion of the car on 23 July 2109, only 4 days after I left it at Integra. They sold the car for R470k to him making a masive profit !!!
I was shocked that they didn't even informed me that they have a buyer and that he already took possesion 6 days before. Only when I asked Carien I was told "she have good news".
It's now more than 6 weeks since I handed over the car and still very limited communication and ZERO payment. I tried numerous times to phone but get the run arround every single time.
The "CEO" VERNON WILKEN ***) was supposed to phone me back, but that never happened.
I lodged a complaint with the IDA and if they cant get a resolution early next week, I will start with legal action.
The worst part is that they claim to be Christians, however action speaks louder than words, and there is none.

All details should be clearly communicated, especially as soon as they get a buyer or deliver the vehicle to a buyer, the owner/seller MUST be informed as and when it happens. During this entire period I got only two phones calls, one from Mervin requesting me to help pay for optional parts and one from Vernon to inform me when payment will happen (after I lodged a complaint with the IDA).
They should communicate at least twice a week with clear and detail info on steps completed and what the next step is and when it is expected to happen.
