Unprofessional Behaviour

I had one of their drivers purposely drive into my vehicle, upon which they scratched the side of my vehicle. I contacted the company immediately after the incident, I was told that they would contact me after they had spoken to their driver, however I never heard anything from them. The next day by 11am I had still not heard from the company, I took it upon myself to contact to the company and follow up on the process and to see if their driver had gone to the police station to get a case number, I was told that their driver would go that day and that they would have a meeting with their finance department and get back to me regarding the process going forward, however once again I never heard back from them. I then tried calling the person for a week leaving a number of messages for this person to phone me back to no avail. Eventually after a week and a half I managed to get through to the responsible person, who tried to play it off as just a scratch? This is not the point. He then told me that it was the finance department responsibility to get back to me and that we would follow up with them and get back to me in 5min, needless to say I am still waiting for feedback.
