Your service is pathetic, very disappointed. I need my Nov 2020 results urgent, no excuses

I need my results urgent, no excuses, I had enough. Dealt with Jacqualine Hartley, Nonjabulo Johnson, Kauthar. was informed that if I made payment for arears I would get my results.

Made contact Monday, 26 July 2021 to date I have not received my results, was promised by Kauthar, she could not find my results. Had to refer my query to her senior. Its Friday and still awaiting.

Nonjabulo Johnson - from collections was unhelpful, after paying for immediate payment and also forwarding proof of payment. I was still told on Monday, 26 July 2021, the payment will only reflect Tuesday, that I will be able to get my results, Its Friday and still awaiting.

I tried calling Sent: 26 July 2021 12:50 PM Shakir Achmat, sent an email To: ***, had no response to date.

Tried calling the call centre on *** option 2, was transferred - held on for over 20 min, hung up, re-dailled, still was kept waiting for 12 min. My airtime ran out.

29/07/2021 - Tried calling the call centre on ***option 2, no answer, phone rang, was kept waiting in que for long. Again air time ran out.

29/07/2021 - Called ***, lady answered said Shakir Achmat is not in, transferred me to call cetre, again I held on for more then 10 mins, got cut off. Airtime ran out.

30/07/2021 - Called ***, was kept waiting, Jacqualine Hartley answered, said the system is down, gave her my contacts to call me back, I had no feedback or assistance from Jacqualine Hartley. I am still waiting.
