You receive all your books on a flash drive

<p>When you enroll there is a section that states that you receive your material via flash drive.</p> <p> </p> <p>LEARNING MATERIAL AND TEXTBOOKS</p> <p>Quality learning materials designed specifically for distance study are issued to you on a USB flash drive. But you dont even get Textbooks.</p> <p> </p> <p>I personally think if you pay R20, 000.00 for a subject you can be more professional. Even that being. I used to enrol at Intec and was under the impression that I would only receive my material for assignments etc on a flash drive. The person that assisted me also said to me that it is a two years course. But I recently found out that if not done in two years you lose your course. I was under the impression that you could do it in your free time like it used to be but now you have to complete it. Distant learning used to be in your timeframe as you work and study after hours.</p> <p> </p> <p>This being the case. My laptop was ****** and I could not get to my study material as I was in another province.</p> <p> </p> <p>On - 2016-04-19 I received an email from the person that helped me to enrol that she is submitting my documents. You should receive your student number within a week and thereafter study material within 21 working days. However upon receipt of student number you may already access study material on study portal as per attached guide. Regards</p> <p> </p> <p>On - 17/08/2017 I requested that I want to change my subject. I informed Intec of this and the support rep****: 14 days of registration to 4 Months from day of registration. He said that he would phone me back. I was in the timeframe of changing course.</p> <p> </p> <p>Since then he did not phone me back and I was still without material because it goes onto a flash drive. I was under the impression my request was logged.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to change my course. Who can I contact that can successfully help me. But I would like a subject that does not come on a flash drive.</p> <p> </p>
