Wrongfully blacklisted

Hi.. Im Tshepo so in June 2016 I registered online with Intec College, a student consultant was assigned to me whom helped me with all the registration and everything went well. Now it was two weeks after I have registered with themthat I started asking for ma study material which I was told its going to be delivered to my home and it wasn't so.. Weeks and weeks of trying to get hold of them and asking for my study materials passed up until August when I got an email from them asking me about assignments and why im not submitting them that's when I spoke to some lady and told her it's August now and I haven't received ma study material I don't know what's going on here and I told her I now request a derigistration from Intec College cause money is taken from my mother's account for nothing and she then advised me to send an email to their cancellation department stating reasons why and I did that. But nothing changed no response still no study material but come month end they took their money for fees, I kept on calling them till they told me go to one of our colleges and fill in a derigistration form I did that 02/02/2017 but.. But still nothing changed they kept quiet and still took the tuition fee every month end and I went back twice to give them the same derigistration forms I have filled in February and they did nothing till I decided to reverse the money they were deducting every month that's when they blacklisted my mother. It is now December they've been calling asking why we not paying and we've been telling them we have filled for derigistration since last year and everything time they would tell us we will get back to you so.. This past Tuesday 12/12/2017 we went back to Intec College to ask what's really happening here cause now we blacklisted and the lady was helpful she tried to find out what's really going on and a breakthrough came when she requested a delivery report from Cape Town so. The report shows: The address where the study material was delivered is wrong, the contact details on the report don't belong to me nor my mother and the the signature its wrong as well and the report says it was received by me Tshepo. They've had this report all year and they said nothing about it while we kept calling and asking what's happening and it's clear the report is ********** and made to seem I had received the study material while I did not so.. Its been two days now and they said they'll call us the next day they haven't. I am writing to you requesting your help cause it seems they want to do the will call and they don't that they have being doing the whole year.
