worst support service ever

<p>i needed a replacement student card i was told to pay R50 and email my proof of payment and a copy of my id i did that and emailed it to them but no one has gotten back to me i keep on calling in and i have to be on hold for more than 10 mins and i still dont get assistance, i am starting to regert registering with this institution!!!!! I will not refer anyone to intec college because other people enquire bigger problems than mine and its very hard t o get help here</p>
