worst study institution ever

If I could give a no start rating - I absolutely would!!!! for 5 weeks now I have been waiting for a response on my study guide exam time table and for assistance. there is absolutely no support from this institution. whats ups emails calls, nothing ???Once payment is made I become a nobody to them. never mind the student advisor who just ignores all emails sent but the sales supervisor is just as bad. neither bother to provide any support what so ever. Even calling their 086 181 927 number and being first in line ..... 19.45 minutes later, pathetic. I will be advising our HR accordingly never to allow our employees to make use of this institution. perhaps the ombudsman would assist in getting a refund. this is poor poor service INTEC.
