Worst service I had in my lifetime.

I do not event want to give them one star but has to other wise I cant write the review. I struggled from the beginning to the end and the end it took me two (2) years longer waiting for my last certificate before my diploma. They lost my final A4 logbook I worked on for a year. After me emailing the Department of Education myself over several months I got some answer not what I wanted but in the end I got my diploma in 5 years. I could have perused something that took that long. I had to phone Intec every day stayed on the phone for hours. People not doing their jobs resigning and leaving me without any one or any way to help me. And the ones that stayed ignored me flat. Intec should be closed down they are just taking every ones money and leaving them when they need help.
