Worst service ever!! I've been waiting 3months for course cancelation

<p>I registeredred a diploma in June 2016, never receivedstudy material. I reied to contact the college several times but no success. I then requested cancelation but i have been waiting for three months now for that cancelation to be processed. Everytime i call the college they tell me they are waiting for the next meeting. Yet my money is being debited every month</p>
