Worst Service Ever!!!!

I have been paying for my sibling to Study at this college. Ever since he started studying at this college he haven't receive any Marks (results) back. Neither assignment results nor Exam results. The only thing they are good at is constantly remainding you about your outstanding balance. It's impossible to wait for results of a one year course for almost 2 years. When I call the College they tell me to wait because they are working remotely. The service is the Worst
