Worst Service Ever

I wrote my Matric in 1998/1999 through Intec College in Durban, I have up to date not received my Certificate, I still have my student number and Intec still have me on their system but can not tell me if i failed or passed????? also cant tell me where or how to get my Certificate???? i am so fed up, i dont want to redo my matric if i already have it and i want to study further and no one can assist me on this
