WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!

• In the month of May I submitted my Assignments B. Then on the 12/05/2017 I received an email to say we have accepted your Assignments B. • On the 18th April 2017 I emailed Sarina to ask where or how should I submit my assignment A. And on the 18th April 2017, she said, I quote ‘’ Please send to this email address ********** . • Then on the 24th August 2017 I emailed Sarina to ask did I do the wrong assignments and she said yes, I did that is why they have sended it back. • Then I was told by Candice that all my assignments were wrong I needed a CD Disc for the Assignments. And that she wants me to confirm my delivery address on the 25/08/2017. • Then on the 5th September 2017 I emailed Sarina to say that I haven’t received any delivery yet and haven’t heard anything from Candice. Then on the 6th September 2017 Sarina then forward my email to Candice. • Still no one told me anything about any exams that I need to wright and that I don’t need to do the the assignments. • Then on the 11th September I emailed Sarina again to say that I have emailed Candice and haven’t heard anything from her. Then on the 11th September 2017 Sarina forward my emailed again to Candice. • Then before the 12 April 2017 Jacqualine phoned and said I don’t need any CD Disc to do my assignment and that she apologises for the inconvenience and that I need to email me Assignments to her and she will email it personally to the assignment department. Then on the 12 September 2017 I emailed Jacqualine my 2 x Assignments and she responded on the same day to say, I quote ‘’ Thank you I will forward it to the assignments department. • On the 13 September 2017 I got an email to say we have accepted your assignment A. • On the 11 Dec 2017 I send an email to Candice, Jacqualine, Sarina, and the assignments department to ask when I will be able to receive my results. • Then on the 13 December 2017 I emailed Candice, Jacqualine, Sarina, and the assignments department to ask for my results. • And still no one has emailed or tried to phone me to say that I need to do an exam and no assignments. • Then on the same day the 13 December 2017 I received an email from Sarena to say that, I quote ‘’ I have forward your email to the manager’’. I don’t even know who the manager is, but I still haven’t heard anything from her/him. • 14 December 2017 I got an email to say, I quote ‘’ the number of assignments that is required for submission and study unit number in which to find your assignments’’. • 19 December 2017 I got an email from ********** to say they have accepted my assignment B. And on the 19 December that was the last emailed I received from any one from INTEC. Then on the 1st March 2018 I emailed the online@intec department, suppor*****ec Department, jacqualine, Candice to ask again for my results. Every time I need to email everyone to ask what is going on, and still from the day on the 2nd March 2018 no one has phoned me or emailed me to say that I need to do an exam and no assignments. I know how intec works have studied with them before. And on the 19 December that was the last emailed I received from any one from INTEC. Then on the 1st March 2018 I emailed the online@intec department, suppor*****ec Department, jacqualine, Candice to ask again for my results. Every time I need to email everyone to ask what is going on, and still from the day on the 2nd March 2018 no one has phoned me or emailed me to say that I need to do an exam and no assignments. I know how intec works have studied with them before.
