Worst service

This is the worst institution ever, I did a an insurance course through them in 2006 and now I can't get help with verification of my credits because they were never loaded on to the INSETA database, when I call to get at least a confirmation letter to my prospective employer to at least acknowledge that I did the course they take me from pillar to post, spoke to a guy called Mandla he was no help at all
