WORST SERVICE!

I app**** for an extension on my course more than TWO YEARS AGO! eventually, in February this year, I was sent a document stating the amount I need to pay for the extension to be granted. I paid the amount, sent the proof of payment, and again, we are now in April, and I AM STILL WAITING for feedback as to whether I can now submit all my assignments or not!!! I just got off the phone now with the call centre and APPARENTLY they never received my documents!!! Really? I wish I had kept track of all the emails and phone calls I have made to these people. It has given me sleepless nights! I am so fed up!!!!! I cannot believe that this is the service I get! Not to mention assignments posted 2 years ago and 'lost' by them! Come on! This is tragic!!!! Everyone out there should think twice before enrolling with Intec!
