Worst place to ask for a quote to study

Well after numerous emails, this lady Nafisa Saleh, Student Consultant ( after telling her this is urgent) has the nerve to respond like this to a client: Unfortunately I will not be able to assist you as I am currently inundated with applications that require urgent processing . The previous time you were sent numerous invoices timeously ,please do not shift the blame on me as I have all the emails confirming this . This after the same as last time waiting on her to send quotes, now tell me if i spoke to a client like this i am sure i would loose my job.......
