Worst Institution Ever

Worst student support ever. I have logged calls and send emails and have received no feedback and my issue is still not resolved after 6 months. I am registered for a National Diploma in HRM and Practices and have obtained certain Unit Standard previously they need to give me exemption for those unit standards. But alas no replies on calls, emails and student Portal call logs. They are *********** and can close their doors
