Worst Educational Institution

I would like to warn people and students agains INTEC COLLEGE. They are the worst instutition I have ever delt with. My son started his N1 motor trade theory through them but wasted a whole year and about R 10 000.00 because of their poor service and lack of interest in their students. Two for the exam papers he wrote was not even the correct papers and when I enquired about it I was send from point A - Z and still after 6 months did not receive any feedback regarding the situation. Please people don't waste your time, efforts and money on this institution. They are more than eager to take your money month after month but if they need to refund you they take their time. They have no administration structure and no experience in their work. 90% of the time you don't get an answer on their phone lines you can call from 7am-7pm and get no answer, If you send them a mail they might respond in 3-14 days if you do get a reply sometimes you don't even get a reply. Their students get locked into a student portal, and as per a contract that you sign with them the student will have access to the portal and study material available to them at all times. This is most certainly not the case, please don't be fooled by the face of this institution.
