Worst College to attend .

I don't know how to describe my bad experience with this College..is been 3yrs trying to get hold of them, it can be through phone calls or emails ,all they know is to lie to Students. I can't even apply other bursary because I'm still waiting to be awarded Certificate for NQF4. I'm definitely sure I spend almost R500 airtime for the last 3yrs just to get hold of them.....I paid full amount for my Studies.
