Why do I have to wait

I am so frastrated. I keep asking for my results and I am not getting them. My first three results shows up on the computer according to what I can see if they send me results when I ask. So since November last year to date I have done about 5 assignments and I have yet to date receive my results. Why do I keep having to ask for this. I have the proof of emails that I have mailed my tests to Intec College for marking so they cannot say I did not send in any assignments.

Please can someone send me my results, is that so difficult to do. And it they were not marked please do explain to me why not I will gladly mail then AGAIN so that it can get marked.
