WHERE IS MY STUDY MATERIAL

I have enrolled for the course through Intec ICB Technical financial accountant, I have paid already the first week of December. I was informed the study material will take 21 working days to be delivered to me.<br> <br> When I return to work the 5 of January, I started to call Intec, to follow up where my study material is, excuse o they have no stock, o next one the ICB only issue the books this year.<br> <br> what do you hear we will keep you POSTED!!, we send you request to the guy in charged.<br> <br> So this guy' Shakier Achmat send mail and said he have send request that the books needs to be delivered last week., I have wrote him about two mails, still no response, I have received the one part of the books but it is the study material for the exam I have to write in August, still waiting for the Tax books, what is important because I write in May.<br> <br> I work so can only study in weeknights or weekends so time is crucial for me, it is now February, originally I was up to write in February, but with the WONDERFUL Service of Intec It can not be a reality because I still do not have my books.<br> <br> This kind of Services is unacceptable, get people that actually can do their work, please
