WHERE IS MY CERTIFICATE?????

I am absolutely appauled at the service from Intec College. Completed my course Jan 2015, six months later I'm still waiting for my certificate. Iv called numerous times,all i get are stories and stories,no certificate.Iv even emailed the complaints address,no response. (As expected)<br> This Institution is extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate.
