What they offer is not what you get

<p>I just had it with Intec. They forever delayed and in a backlog. I am writing soon and still did not get the past exam papers that I requested and paid for. I phone almost everyday to follow up. I've sent emails that is read but no answer. Even the supervisor of the complaints department can't even respond only reads bit no response. I'm going to the ombudsman!</p>
