WHAT IS GOING ON??????

Firstly i have asked for renewal and extra time to complete my course and no one has contacted me, and now i go online and find a billing of TWO accounts i supposdley have with INTEC which off one was suppose to be Cancelled... THE ONLY ACC I SHOULD HAVE IS THE MAKE UP ARTISTRY COURSE AND NOTHING ELSE!!!!! please can this be sorted out IMMEDIATELY and close the other account .... coz i am tired of this INTEC issue.
