What a dissapointment

They said they will send out results at a certain time on a certain date and do not keep to their promese. Since starting with them I had nothing put problems they are eager to take your money but thats it. I had problems with mixed up exam venues. Not enough exam papers at venues. Venues changing without thwm notifying me. They refuse to send you your marked papers back.
