Waste of time and money

I have registered for two courses with Intec college this year and paid in full up front.<br> <br> After battling with them for months, I eventually received most of my outstanding study material. Some of it nearly 3 months late. I am still waiting for one module, registered for on 9 July.<br> <br> Student support are generally friendly enough, but never gets back to me on a query<br> <br> I have bought other study material on line in order to be able to finish my assignments in time to write the November examinations.<br> <br> All my assignments were handed in on time by the cut off date of 31 August.<br> <br> I have entered and paid for all the subjects to be written, only to be told that only one out four subject will be available to be written in November for the Certificate of Draughting course, and only two subjects out of five can be written for the Certificate of Autocad.<br> <br> I was planning to qualify at the end of this year and had worked very hard to attain this, only to be told that I will only be able to do these examinations in June 2016. <br> <br> This is completely unacceptable. To have to wait 9 months in order to qualify when all the work has been handed in from my side is a massive setback and loss of income.
