WARNING--HORRIBLY OUTDATED NOTES!

<p>I have tried for months and months to receive assitance for a subject that I am studying at intec college. The reason for my concern is that the course notes are horribly outdated and have no sequence to them. The course notes have simply been photostated and fobed off to a student who in turn must make sense of the *******.</p> <p>I have subsequently been put in touch with a call centre manager Shakier Achmat from Intec College, who has been promising to address this issue for months now.</p> <p>Empty promises and excuses with every telephone call I receive. Nothing ever gets resolved. Mr Achmat went on to promise that the notes are ready and will be sent shortly- They never arrive... All that must happen simply; is that a tutor should compile the required updated notes- scan them into a computer and send them to me in under a half hour... I am lost for words as to why it must take more than two months to compile?</p> <p> </p> <p>Be warned- Once you have enrolled with intec college you are on your own- No one will help you with anything. You will spend most of your valuable time on the phone to a call centre that never answers their calls and with email adress of people that pass the buck from one department to another.</p> <p>A person that wishes to enroll with this college beware, it is a pit of deceipt and lies. You will waste all you valuble time that should be spent toward studying, complaining to all the departments that you can get hold of.</p> <p>A person enrolling with this college is in fact in danger of loosing all their monies spent on the institution. I AM NOT WRITING THIS LETTER TO INSIGHT A RESPONSE FROM THE INTEC COLLEGE-I'M SIMPLY WRITING THIS LETTER TO SERVE AS A STERN WARNING THAT YOU MAY BE IN TROUBLE REGISTERING WITH THIS INSTITUTION..</p>
