Waiting Period for Student Number

I signed up for Diploma in Accounting. I was put under pressure to complete and sign the documents because the closing date is 30 June 2024. Its been 15 days and are still waiting for my student number. The lady who helped me with my application are Cheryl Govindsamy .On the 2nd of July I asked her if everything was in order she told me the application went to Head Office, 8th of July I asked her again her response was waiting for head office, 9th of July I asked her again her answer Sorry Head Office is having a technical problem once up and running will confirm with you, on the 11th I told her I want a letter in writing from Head Office this was her response There was an influx with applications due to the semester closing, and also due to the floods in Cape Town the building got flooded this is also part of the delay. Today I told her for me its cut off day if I don't receive my student under and included with this course I want a refund.

For a college to be doing this for so long they need to have a system I feel this is just excuses.
