waiting for update study material

I study with intec ,bad I will never use this college again or refer it to my friends . I paid for a course in national diploma : financial accounting in 2013 and I also waited for my books . Now I request a update study material because mine is out dated. So I phoned in december 2014 and was promise to received . I phone January 2015 and last week promise that I will received in this week (9/2/2015) . I phone again just to hear I must phone thursday again to hear when I will receive my study material . How can you pay R17000 for a 3 years and write exams on out dated books .. I need answers Elize Steynberg
