Waiting for refund since 24/02/2014

Last year january(2014) i register my sister kamogelo Maimela student no:***. I made a deposit of R583 and a instalment of R219. And after couple of days we were told the she cannot register as she did the old matric, and she was told that she must cancel. She filled up a form an gave her my bank statement and she submited all the document. She was told that the money will be deposited within 90 days. After 6 months the was nothing and she was told she must apply again for cancellation and she did.<br> This morning (17.02.2015) i got a message from Intec college saying i owe them R220
